How to use

Daily intake

Dissolve 5 g (two slightly heaped measuring spoons) in a glass of water.

Tip: If you take your GS1 with a little fat from food (avocado, nuts, olive oil, fish oil), it will be better absorbed.

Before and after treatment (dermabrasion, peeling/laser/microneedling)

In the morning: 5 g (two slightly heaped measuring spoons) dissolved in a glass of water daily. If possible, take together with a source of dietary fat.

Evening: 5 g daily (two slightly heaped scoops) dissolved in a glass of water. If possible, take together with a source of dietary fat.

7 days before and 7 days after treatment. Then return to the normal daily dose.
